Michael A.J. Ferretti

Michael A.J. Ferretti joined Lighthouse Capital Funding, Inc. in 2006 and brings
tremendous enthusiasm and knowledge to his work as a real estate investment
professional.

Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Michael’s initial interest in real estate was
sparked by his work in carpentry and construction as a teenager. After serving his
apprenticeship and later establishing his own business in Delaware, Michael relocated
to Boston in 1993 to continue his academic studies at Boston University. It was not long
after earning a business degree that he began to invest in real estate and began his
career in the corporate real estate arena that continues to this day.

Over the past twelve years, Michael has developed a rather unique perspective to
analyzing commercial real estate transactions that is derived from his experience in
commercial appraisals, acquisitions, lending, and development. As a result of this
multifaceted exposure, Michael has also gained significant knowledge of underwriting
in several markets across the United States, including California, Texas, Florida,
Arizona, and others. Today his client relationships are characterized by trust, loyalty, and
a genuine appreciation of the entrepreneurial spirit of investors in real estate.

Michael comes to LCF from Cambridge Savings Bank in Massachusetts where he was
the AVP/Manager of Commercial Credit and was accountable for supervising the staff of
Credit Analysts and the underwriting of more than $100 million of commercial mortgage
loans. Michael has also worked for other large national and international firms such as
John Hancock Real Estate Investments Group (Manulife), Lend Lease Real Estate
Investments, and Blake Global, Inc.

Michael is a licensed broker in the state of Massachusetts and a current and/or past
member of several professional organizations, including the Real Estate Finance
Association (REFA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Massachusetts
Association of Realtors (MAR), and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR).
He has also been a volunteer at the Big Brothers Association of Massachusetts Bay
since 2001 and enjoys other volunteer opportunities and contributing as much time to
his community as possible.  Michael enjoys traveling and is always in training to run his
next marathon with friends.
